We will assign a project manager to oversee the entire works to completion. The project manager can be right there with you from start to finish from the initial concept right through to the internal design. The project manager could simply coordinate the structure build, it’s up to you how much involvement you would like, especially if you are working to a budget.
During the construction of any project, the coordination of the trades is an integral part of the process, especially with respect to the mechanical and electrical trades. Neason work with many construction partners, ensuring that the right team is employed for their specialised element of the project.
We will work with all project team members to define the logistical requirements for the construction process, considering all site access limitations. For example, areas for deliveries, placement of barricades (if required) and hours of operation. The last thing you want is to upset your neighbours or delay the project because parking was not pre-arranged or a delivery truck could not offload.
Getting your planning permission granted first time around is critical to the timing and costs of your project. Neason’s architectural partners will be experienced in your area, meaning that they will understand your local planning office and sensitive points that could jeopardise your application. Employing Neason to manage your application will increase your chances of success.

Uncertainty with regards to the cost of your project can be daunting which is why Neason will break down your project into phases. The project plan will show each phase, the cost and the work so you will see exactly where your funds are going.

All Neason projects will be subject to building control, that is the local planning authority will have the final say when it comes to the regulations and quality. The planning inspector will visit the project as critical components are started/completed.
At the end of your project Neason will provide all safety certificates, such as that required for electricity installations and the building control inspector will issue the completion certificate.
Reporting and Cost Control
During the construction process, we will provide up-to-date information with respect to changes that have occurred. You will want to know how long each section will take and your project manager will provide you with accurate estimates of when and how long each section will take, along with regular finance checks to ensure there is no unexpected costs.
Commissioning and Project Closeout
One of the most critical stages of the construction process is the commissioning and closeout of the project. Every aspect of the work is checked and commissioned and signed off both by building control and the quality manager. Handover will then be formally carried out with much pomp and ceremony!
